Who is responsible?

In Demand is the brand founded by Kieran Gourley. Kieran Gourley is the controller of the information collected through the Growth Engine Scorecard. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email kieran@nipropertygirl.com.

What is collected and why?

When you reveal your analysis, we store your name, business, email, optional profile URL, assessment answers, scores, business context and consent choice. We use these to provide your requested assessment and, in our legitimate interests, understand whether a review could be relevant. The scorecard is free and does not require marketing consent.

If you request a review, we store your stated goal and use your contact details to respond to that request. Optional calculator inputs are processed in the page and are not sent to the database. Unsubmitted questionnaire answers are held in page memory and disappear when you leave or reload.

Marketing is your choice

We only use your email for In Demand and Growth Engine marketing if you actively select the separate optional checkbox. We record the wording version, your choice and the time. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful use. Any future marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option. Your report is delivered on screen and can be saved or printed. Automated report emails are not currently enabled.

How your answers are used

Your scores are calculated from your questionnaire answers. Optional business context helps organise enquiries and tailor the invitation to a review; it does not alter your score. These are simple business rules, not a credit decision or a decision with legal or similarly significant effects. Kieran can review and correct the information.

Storage and access

Information is stored in the site's database, using OpenAI’s Sites hosting service and Cloudflare infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised operators and service providers needed to run the service. We do not sell your information. These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. The Sites Data Processing Addendum describes the safeguards for UK data, including standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum. Contact us for information about the safeguards applying to your data.

Retention

Each assessment is marked for a retention review after 12 months. At that review, information should be deleted or anonymised unless there is an ongoing relationship or another documented reason to retain it. Consent and suppression records may be retained as necessary to demonstrate and respect your preferences.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw marketing consent. Data portability may apply in relevant circumstances. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact kieran@nipropertygirl.com to exercise these rights.

Cookies and tracking

This application uses a short-lived essential cookie to associate your review request with your completed assessment. It does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. You do not need a ChatGPT account to complete the public scorecard.
